Pool Pass

(It is recommended not to upload a copy of your drivers license, passport or other item that can be used for identity theft as 'proof of identity')

Monthly Board Meetings

All residents are encouraged to join the Monthly Board of Directors Meetings held virtually through Zoom on the second Monday of each month. Information is in the Board of Directors Meetings link on the right.

Quarterly Assessments

All residents can pay their assessments by mail (bill's should come quarterly before they are due) or online at the Sequoia Payment site. Note you will need an account on Sequoia's site, please contact Larry and Vanessa at the links below.
